Richardson Launches Wireless Sales Performance Support Application

Richardson, a leading provider of sales training and consulting, today announced the launch of a new wireless performance support tool, Mobile Cyber Sales Tips(TM).

Mobile Cyber Sales Tips are a series of monthly sales guides and suggestions that can be accessed by Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs) to help sales professionals improve skills and selling techniques.

Cyber Sales Tips capture the most pressing sales issues salespeople face today. They are developed by sales training expert Linda Richardson based on the most common sales questions Richardson senior sales trainers hear as they work with leading sales organizations. They are provided at no cost as value-added service to Richardson clients.

Mobile Cyber Sales Tips can be subscribed to at Richardson's new web site at www.richardson.com.

The Mobile Cyber Tips requires a PDA powered by the Palm Operating System(R) 3.5 or higher with a wireless Internet connection. Mobile Cyber Tips are supported by Palm VII, Palm V, IIIc, and m100 with use of Mobile Internet Kit.

Future wireless services to be offered by Richardson will include a Mobile Sales Coach(TM) that will provide coaching tips and feedback to help improve sales performance.
