Airbiquity's GPS Accessory Shipping to Customers and Distributors

Patented Technology Enables Instant Communication of Mobile Location to Enterprises and Service Providers Worldwide

Airbiquity, a location technology company that delivers GPS data across all wireless networks, is distributing its patented GPS Accessory to i-Planet Wireless, Entrust Connections, and Sky Cop to enable enterprise-based and consumer wireless location services.

Aradiant, formerly The National Dispatch Center Inc., will support the call center and Web-based service functions for i-Planet Wireless, Entrust, and other Airbiquity distributors. The resulting applications will safeguard mobile personnel in the field, improve office-field coordination, and increase productivity across the entire enterprise.

-- i-Planet Wireless, a developer and distributor of Airbiquity

and other quality wireless products located in Louisiana, has deployed Airbiquity's GPS Accessory, branded as the "iP-LOC8r," for specific location-based services tailored to the mobile enterprise. The product is available for sale online at www.i-planetwireless.com. VoiceTrack Corporation (www.voicetrack.com), a personnel-monitoring company based in Texas, uses the iP-LOC8r and Airbiquity's aqServer(TM)to deliver a parolee/offender and defendant location-monitoring service. i-Planet Wireless' subscribers who purchase the Airbiquity GPS Accessory can access a variety of Web and call center-based location services provided by Aradiant Corporation (www.aradiant.com). i-Planet Wireless also offers a wireless concierge service through Virtual Wave (www.virtualwave.com), a nationwide mobile service provider in Canada with extensive experience with GPS-based products and services.

-- Entrust Connections (www.entrustus.net), a monitoring and security company, and Aradiant (www.aradiant.com) (formerly The National Dispatch Center, Inc.), a nationwide provider of call center and Web based wireless messaging, CRM, and telematics services, have teamed to deliver the first nationwide, end-to-end, consumer-based security, convenience, and concierge service combining the benefits of wireless and GPS. The services utilize Airbiquity's GPS Accessory and aqServer. Entrust will provide "peace of mind" services, including directions and navigation, emergency roadside assistance, hospital locator services, family finder services, enhanced directory services, emergency monitoring, and general customer assistance.

-- Sky Cop (www.skycop.net), a major monitoring and security company operating since 1992 in Buenos Aires, Argentina, has selected the GPS Accessory to be its premier portable locator product for a variety of enterprise customers and consumers in South America. Already awarded a ten-year contract for services to the federal police and Miniphone, Sky Cop is already providing a non-location enabled 911 services to over 30,000 subscribers, and has approximately 70 percent of the market share for security-related mobile location services in Argentina.

"The GPS Accessory provides our distributors and end-customers with the freedom to offer location-based services over a variety of wireless networks," said Dan Allen, president and CEO of Airbiquity. "Safety will be more assured, workers will be more productive, and travelers will have more peace of mind with this technology available today."

Future applications for Airbiquity's GPS Accessory, which are currently under development, include:

-- A remote "mustering" or reporting service where field

personnel can use the GPS Accessory to check in, validate, and log their precise location at any time, day or night, throughout the world.

-- A field coordination service to manage and protect firefighters, forestry personnel, search-and-rescue, highway workers, and other field personnel, across a broad geographic area.

-- A real-time "tagging" service where highly precise, discrete locations can be instantly communicated back to a central office for subsequent processing.

Unlike other location solutions that are limited to a small geographic footprint, restricted to one wireless network, or that do not operate in legacy AMPS networks, the GPS Accessory offers instant ubiquity and connectivity across TDMA, CDMA, GSM, and AMPS networks throughout the world.
