KIA Motors Equips New Model With Destinator-TM Navigation System During Media Test-Drive Event

PowerLOC Technologies Inc., a subsidiary of Paradigm Advanced Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB:PRAV), (www.powerloc.com) announced today that it was invited by KIA motors to install its portable Destinator(TM) Navigation System in KIA's new Carnival model during a test-drive event targeted to the European media. The event was also backed by Compaq which provided 50 iPaq(TM) PocketPCs. Upon disembarking from the plane in Malaga Airport, 183 reporters from 13 European countries were handed the keys to the car and invited to test drive it in a predefined two day route. Destinator(TM) Navigation system assisted the reporters by guiding them through their planned test route. They were very impressed by the Destinator(TM) navigation system, and various foreign reporters claimed that they "were lost and found their way to their hotel, thanks to the step-by-step navigation assistance of Destinator".

"The event offered a tremendous exposure for Destinator(TM)," said Ron Yekutiel who heads up the Destinator(TM) division. "KIA's invitation, the warm feedback that we received from the reporters, and the significant interest by European distributors, reinforce our projections that Destinator(TM) will be a smashing success in Europe."

"This event coupled with the positive feedback received from many European automotive reporters are highly propitious for the development of our Automotive OEM and car dealer aftermarket segments. Destinator(TM) is not only offered as an aftermarket product targeted towards PDA owners, but also competes directly on the OEM level with the traditional car-mounted navigation systems, offering mobility, reliability and ease of map update at a fraction of the price," said Paradigm's President and CEO, Eduardo Guendelman.
