(OTCBB:PCPH), exclusive distributor of the world's first wireless convergent device, today announced a strategic co-marketing agreement by which PC-EPhone will market Pumatech's software as their premier synchronization partner. Per this agreement, PC-EPhone will promote several of Pumatech's solutions, including Intellisync(R) and Intellisync Anywhere(R) software, as the leading synchronization choices to support its first integrated handheld PC, PDA, Organizer, Entertainment System and CDMA telephone known as the "PC-EPhone."

PC-EPhone is leveraging strategic co-marketing relationships with application vendors such as Pumatech to help transform its devices into total wireless communication solutions. PC-EPhone has selected Pumatech to appear in their collateral and marketing materials and exhibit alongside PC-EPhone at top industry trade shows. Pumatech will be present in PC-EPhone's kiosk on the Main Level of the Central Hall at COMDEX Fall, being held in Las Vegas from November 12-16, 2001.
