Both will be incorporated into new, wireless equity financial services.
Semotus' new services will provide in-depth Dow Jones news and alerts specialized for equity market professionals. More than 300,000 subscribers currently receive Dow Jones News Service to their desktops in North America. This special agreement allows current desktop subscribers of DJNS a special offer for real-time news, directly to their wireless devices for a nominal fee.
