Agreement Signals Flash Networks Entry Into European Market
Flash Networks’ NettGain™ 1100 Chosen to Enhance Radiolinja’s Cellular Data Performance
Flash Networks, Ltd. today signed an agreement with Finland’s second largest mobile operator, Radiolinja AB, to provide an optimization solution for GPRS wireless users. The agreement is the first in a series of European deals for Flash Networks, which recently made inroads into the North American market with its strategic partnership with AT&T Wireless. Under the terms of today’s agreement, Radiolinja will integrate Flash Networks’ NettGain™ System into its network, enabling mobile users to enjoy a desktop-quality Internet experience. Flash Networks will also work with Radiolinja to provide optimization solutions for Radiolinja’s Wireless corporate customers. The long-term agreement includes full maintenance and future purchase orders that are expected to generate millions of dollars.

Flash Networks’ NettGain™ System provides a six-fold performance boost over native wireless communications. With NettGain™, users will enjoy a boost from 30 Kbps per second to approximately 100-120 Kbps. Users will also be able to maintain control over the type and quality of the content they receive. In addition, enterprises will gain secured wireless communication by NettGain’s integration with leading VPN vendors.
