QLA Messaging Server supports most of the SMSC manufacturers, like CMG, Logica, Nokia and Sema. QLA Server can access all these protocols at the same time! The platform converts the protocols to a well-known and easy HTTP-protocol. With HTTP-protocol, SMS-services can send and receive text, binary (required for logo and ringing tone services) and Unicode messages. SMS-application developers do not need to learn any SMSC-protocol. Operators may also route messaging traffic to any SMSC, e.g. for capacity reasons. The platform offers a secure and an easy-to-administrate environment with one-IP access to each SMSC and SSL-tunnel over the Internet to the 3rd party SMS-services. QLA Server is based on industrial standards, specification and technologies, and it is easy to integrate to existing systems.
