Primavera Systems Announces Handheld Project Management Application -- New Interface Improves Project Management Efficiency

Primavera Systems, Inc., the leading provider of project management, control and execution software, today announced a new handheld module for its Primavera Enterprise(R) project management software suite. The application, Primavera(R) Mobile Manager, is compatible with the Palm OS(R) and is supported by proven technology from Onsyss Mobile Computing, Inc. Users of Primavera Project Planner(R) for the Enterprise (P3e(R)) with current maintenance will receive the new module free(a) of charge when it ships early next year.

Using Primavera Mobile Manager, project managers will be able to improve project efficiency with on-the-spot access and entry of vital project data into their handheld devices. Project managers will be able to find quick answers to questions about the project, even when they are away from their office. Additionally, they will be able to capture project details in their handheld device and then upload that project information to the project server using a docking cradle.
