SplashData, Inc. today announced a free upgrade to its best-selling personal identification organizer, SplashID(TM), which securely maintains personal identification information on a Palm OS handheld and desktop computer.
SplashID safely and securely stores all kinds of personal identification information including user names, passwords, credit cards, calling cards, bank accounts, PINs, medical insurance information, and more. Information is stored in a secure, encrypted format and is quickly accessible using SplashID on a Palm OS handheld or desktop computer. SplashID includes both handheld and desktop software (for Windows and Macintosh) and the data is automatically synchronized between the two.

SplashID supports all handhelds running Palm OS 3.0 or later, including the Palm III, IIIe, IIIx, IIIxe, IIIc, V, Vx, VII, VIIx, m100, m105, m125, m500 and m505; Handspring Visor, Deluxe, Edge, Neo, Platinum, Prism and Pro; Sony Clie; and TRG/HandEra.
SplashID Desktop, the desktop software that synchronizes with the handheld, supports Windows 95, 98, NT4, 2000, ME and XP; or Mac OS 8.6, OS 9 and OSX.
