Wireless Services Corporation Names Keith Grinstein As Vice Chairman Wireless Industry Veteran Brings Global Leadership Experience

Wireless Services Corporation (WSC), a developer and provider of wireless data delivery solutions, announced today that Keith Grinstein has been named Vice Chairman.

Grinstein has over 13 years of wireless industry experience providing leadership for the domestic and international operations, business development, sales and investment strategies for such market leaders as McCaw Cellular, LIN Broadcasting, AT&T Wireless and Nextel Communications Inc. His primary role will be to maintain WSC's leadership position of providing software to wireless carriers worldwide to leverage their data and SMS services into revenue producing products. Grinstein is currently Vice Chairman of Nextel International Inc. (Nasdaq:NXTL) where he is responsible for all international investments and strategy for Nextel Communications Inc., and is a managing partner with Second Avenue Partners, a technology investment firm.

"Keith is one of the few people in the wireless industry who has extensive direct domestic and international wireless carrier operating experience, long-standing industry relationships and a sophisticated market understanding as to what carriers need," said Steve Wood, president and CEO of Wireless Services Corporation. "His experience will significantly help our current and future customers understand how to achieve maximum wireless data revenues."

Grinstein was previously president and CEO of the Aviation Communications division of AT&T Wireless and held a number of executive positions with McCaw Cellular and LIN Broadcasting. In addition to his position with Nextel International, he serves on the boards of Car Toys, Coinstar, F5 Networks, Malibu Networks, The Ackerley Group and Terabeam.
