Emergin WirelessOffice(R)Delivers Integrated Wireless Messaging to Siemens TeleTrak(TM)

Emergin Inc., a wireless messaging software and communications company, today announced that it has signed a Distribution Agreement with Siemens Environmental Systems Division, a leading supplier of environmental monitoring systems to the U.S. nuclear marketplace. Siemens Environmental Systems Division will give its customers the option to add Emergin WirelessOffice to their TeleTrak(TM) product under the terms of the Agreement.

Emergin WirelessOffice allows nuclear and power plant operators to automatically notify workers and supervisors when critical events occur, such as security breaches, radiation leakage or other life safety hazards. Faster response time, increased staff safety and improved organizational efficiencies result from Emergin's ability to interface directly with monitoring equipment such as dosimetry, fire protection and access control systems.

"Emergin's technology makes our product line even more powerful," said Johnny Long, Technical Support Manager for Siemens Environmental Systems Division. "Siemens seeks to provide innovative emergency response solutions for its nuclear and power plant customers. Emergin enables us to offer more failsafe features that provide immediate emergency notification when life-threatening conditions occur."

"Combining Emergin WirelessOffice with Siemens TeleTrak brings an entirely new level of employee safety to energy and utilities," said Michael A. McNeal, President and CEO of Emergin. "In today's heightened state of security alerts, Emergin offers Siemen's customers the ability to respond faster and more effectively to critical events."
