industry and integration expertise

Provider, will partner with WirelessKnowledge LLC, the newly-announced Microsoft Inc. and
QUALCOMM Inc. joint venture
created to bring wireless data solutions to wireless carriers and corporations. Under the
terms of the partnership, GoAmerica will
work with corporations utilizing the WirelessKnowledge Service and assist them in creating
corporate data solutions for their
mobile workers.
Working with WirelessKnowledge, GoAmerica will provide integration services for carrier
customers utilizing the
WirelessKnowledge Service who require "turn-key" implementations. GoAmerica will
manage initial corporate wireless data
deployments, and provide custom software development services to develop interfaces
between corporate data and Microsoft
Exchange servers. In addition, GoAmerica will provide training for those corporations
including user orientation sessions and
on-site in-depth solutions training.
GoAmerica will also work directly with manufacturers of communications products on
WirelessKnowledge's behalf to perform
hardware testing and establish a certification program to insure compatibility with the
service. GoAmerica will help administer
and maintain this certification program for WirelessKnowledge.
