PHONE.COM LAUNCHES LOCALIZED RESOURCES FOR WAP DEVELOPERS IN JAPAN

Phone.com Delivers Localized Web Site, Seminars and Training

Phone.com, Inc. (Nasdaq:PHCM) today announced the availability of a localized Phone.com™ Wireless Application Protocol (WAP) developer Web site with resources and support for Japanese developers. In addition to the Phone.com developer Web site, The Phone.com corporate Web site has also been localized and features information about Phone.com, its product family and its partners, as well as a wide variety of services and news. Along with the resources found on the Web sites, Phone.com will also provide WAP business seminars and WML developers training in Japan.
