ASTROLOGY.NET JOINS FORCES WITH PHONE.COM TO DELIVER DAILY HOROSCOPES TO INTERNET-ENABLED WIRELESS PHONES

Web Astrologer Delivers Horoscopes through MyPhone Service

Astrology.net, an iVillage, Inc. company (Nasdaq: IVIL), and Phone.com, Inc. (Nasdaq: PHCM) announced today an agreement to deliver daily astrological content and services to mobile subscribers through the Phone.com™ MyPhone™ service, a mobile portal platform that enables wireless network operators to create their own branded portal sites. With this agreement, Astrology.net will be able to supply Internet-enabled mobile phone users with personalized daily horoscopes. Astrology.net joins Phone.com's impressive list of leading and innovative content providers.

Astrology.net syndicates its content through a number of affiliate sites, including Excite, LookSmart and the leading Web site for women, iVillage.com. Astrology.net provides its readers with astrological guidance in such categories as love, money, career, family, teen, women, as well as traditional Chinese astrology. More than 20 different kinds of personalized astrology reports may be purchased from Astrology.net via the MyPhone service.

The MyPhone service includes a robust set of mobility-centric information services and applications for both PCs and Internet microbrowser-capable wireless phones. Providing a framework for the aggregation, presentation, personalization and delivery of Internet-based content, the MyPhone service allows wireless subscribers to personalize the content they receive. The service delivers that content in a format designed specifically for Internet-enabled mobile phones.

"We are simply delighted to be aligning ourselves with Phone.com to extend our reach beyond the Internet and into the hands of the mobile phone user," said Kim Goldstein of Astrology.net. "We anticipate great exposure of our popular astrological services through the MyPhone offering."

"While a majority of mobile phone users wants news, weather, stock updates and email access, astrological content in the form of horoscopes is actually the most popular 'push' information today. In fact, the fastest growing segment of Americans who seek astrological information and guidance is among executives and professionals," said Ben Linder, vice president of marketing for Phone.com. "Phone.com is focused on recognizing these trends and developing content relationships that will allow network providers to deliver the Web content most in demand to their current and prospective customers."

Data from Astrology.net, including horoscopes and personalized astrology reports, are published by Kelli Fox, the Internet's premiere astrologer. Fox is an accredited astrologer with the American Federation of Astrologers and is a member of several worldwide professional astrological associations, including the International Society of Astrological Research.
