There are different levels of wap offer:
1. IP access from mobile users
2. WAP gateway
3. WAP services

ISP's normally offer 1 already, some isp's installs a wap gateway to be able to offer a complete wap service. The isp can also decide to offer wap services, with or without offering the wap gateway.

: 1.take a E1/R2 or E1/PRI link or a SS7 based link from
