I think a mobile dialup for WAP is no different from a normal landline dialup. The phone acts as a modem. When using my Palm, I use a Nokia 8850 and a Palm V to dial up to my ISP (Normal ISP, not wireless) and my WAP browser (WAPman from www.thewirelessedge.com) points to a WAP Gateway. When I am using a WAP phone, I use a Motorola V8088 to dial into my ISP.
