How do I link the Nokia WAP server and the Nokia Toolkit

Toolkit <--> WAP server <--> Microsoft Personal Webserver

I want the Nokia Toolkit13b to use the Nokia WAP server as a gateway and then fetch a wml-page from a webserver on my local network and return the page to the Toolkit.

How do I configure this?
e.g port-number etc
