Hi!

Could anyone tell me more about the actual GPRS rollout/upgrade costs of an small/average (1 mill. users) GSM 900/1800 network? I would like to analyse operator scenarios to UMTS (W-CDMA), and I have only one data from Ovum. They say USD 250-300M.
Can anyone confirm it?
