What you need is a WAP enabled device or a working emulator. None of these requirements are easy to meet, but I guess that's the charm of developing WAP.
Unfortunatly I hardly know any good educating links/books in english. I'm swede.
There ought to be a forum for WML/WMLS development. NOT wapforum!
