WAP on a Web-Server

I have placed a simple WML page at my hompage: www.tulpenstr.de/index.wml. My provider has made the settings for the mime types for wap. With WinWap.exe I can see my page. But with the Online WAP-Simulator http://www.wapjag.de/ I cannot reach this page.
I have also tried to get it with a Palm IIIx, a Wap-Browser for it and a Siemens-S25-phone. With the WapJag and also with the palm IIIx I can also get lots of WAP sites but not the mine. My WAP-test-page looks like this:

hello world

why cannot I get it, what have I made wrong?
