Ericsson is also developing 2 wap gateways. One on NT and the other is based on Unix/Pentium platforms with Java software.
The gateways support all telco bearers such as TDMA, CDMA, GSM, CDPD, Mobitex, etc... Also, the gw interfaces to the Internet and supports UDP/IP packets working both on connection oriented and connectionless modes. Ports 9200 and 9201.
