Any WAP phones out in Europe?

I wonder if there is any WAP phone available in europe. I understand that Alcatels One Touch Pocket includes a HDML browser by Phone.Com, but not a WAP browser. I have heard some rumours that they have WAP phones on the market down in japan.

Second question: Are there any WAP 1.1 prototypes available in europe?
