Get this Message ...."No Translator for Content-Type : text/html"

Hi,
Cud anybody tell me why I get this message in my Simulator Info. window. I am using PWS-4.0 and have added the Mime type using Windows Explorer->FolderOptions->Filetypes for text/vnd.wap.wml.
I have seen this happening always when I try to open the url : http://my_machine_name/virtual_dir/ on my machine and the default page for my web-site is a .asp page as a result of which I have to always open a static wml page (.wml file) using
url : file://c:/full_path of the .wml file.
Does this have anything to do with the Web server set-up or Network connectivity. as I am connected to the Internet via a proxy server...If so pls. let me know in case the settings have to be changed.
