Is it possible to views large volums of data & reports in the display of a mobile phone?

: I am working in a Steel Plant. Here we have large volumes of data & reports to be submitted to higher officials everyday. All our officials are provided with mobile phones & pagers. We plan to go in for the implementation of WAP.Since we are new to this technology & don't possess much knowledge, we cannot understand whether WAP would be the correct& cost effective choice for us.I need information like:
: 1. What kind of investment is reqd.
: 2. Whether WAP is a cost effective technology for us.
: 3. How should we go about with the implementation of WAP.
: 4. Will it be compatible with all the mobiles & pagers that we have. We are mainly using MOTOROLA & NOKIA mobiles & motorola pagers.
